INSPECTION
Our comprenhensive remount service includes a 360-degree inspection of the entire unit, focusing on worn-out and outdated components. This includes indentifying and addressing stress cracks, inspecting and adjusting door hardware, and replacing entry door latches as necessary. We prioritize patient and crew comfor by upgrading all HVAC systems, fittings, hoses, and controls.
REPLACEMENTS
Additionally, we replace flooring with non-skid surfaces, install new stainless steel door thresholds, and update cot mounts. Electrical systems are thoroughly examined and components such as circuit breakers, relays, solenoids, and rocker switches are replaced to ensure reliable operation.
REMOUNTING
Remounting an ambulance is not only faster but also more cost-effective compared to ordering a brand-new unit. Ambulance boxes can be remounted up to four times, extending their lifespan to 20-25 years. During the remounting process, existing technology is upgraded to include the latest features and innovations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with current safety standards.
